Frequently Asked Questions
1. What do I get each week?
Each week you’ll receive:
- Structured study plan/roadmap
- A new week's worth of lessons (video + ebook)
- Exam-style practice questions
- Real world, scenario-based labs on Cisco OS
- Live check-ins with Jeremy on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
- Access to a dedicated community channel
2. How does the weekly content release work?
New content is released every week. That week’s lessons are available along with the previous week's lessons.
3. What happens if I miss a week?
Don’t worry, you haven’t fallen out of the program. Jump back in with us wherever we are, and catch up on anything you missed when you can. You’ll still have access to all of the content and labs that have been released, so there’s no need to rush or feel like you have to start over. Just get back in and keep moving forward.
4. What can I expect with the labs?
The labs are hands-on, scenario-based exercises where you apply what you have learned.
They use real Cisco IOS environments rather than simulations. You will work through guided configurations and troubleshooting scenarios designed to help connect the lessons to practical networking work.
The labs give you a safe place to configure systems, make mistakes, investigate problems, and apply the concepts yourself.
5. How much do the labs cost?
There is no separate lab fee. Labs are included with your Fall Into CCNA access.
6. What do I unlock when I purchase the course?
- Access to all labs and skills released so far
- Live updates from Jeremy
- Access to the private community channel
- Access to the labs through November 2027 (the live sessions end December 2026)
Side note: Purchasing the Fall Into CCNA lab experience is not the same as a NetworkChuck Academy subscription, which grants you access to all of our paid courses.
7. Will I get interaction with instructors?
Yes. The current plan includes:
- Live check-ins with Jeremy on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- Two 90-minute live Q&A sessions each month with Jeremy
8. Is there a community or support system?
Absolutely. You’ll have access to a dedicated community of learners where you can:
- Ask questions
- Get help when you’re stuck
- Stay accountable
- Learn alongside others on the same journey
The community supports the learning experience, but students are still responsible for completing their own lessons and labs.
9. Is the Fall Into CCNA course the same as the paid CCNA course in the NetworkChuck Academy?
No, this is a substantially new experience with revamped content in a brand new ebook format. We're using the same videos as the CCNA course available to NetworkChuck Academy paid subscribers, but we're supplementing every video (literally hundreds of them) with all-new text-based content to make the course more engaging and fun.
Plus, you'll get a 3-month roadmap/study plan, live sessions with Jeremy, and a private community channel to interact with other learners.

10. Will this actually help get me a job?
Fall Into CCNA does not guarantee employment, interviews, certification, or an exam-passing result.
The program is designed to help you build networking knowledge, practice configuring and troubleshooting Cisco environments, and develop a more consistent study routine.
CCNA is a globally recognized Cisco certification that can support career paths involving networking, infrastructure, IT support, cloud, and cybersecurity. Its value will depend on your experience, goals, local job market, and how you apply the skills you develop.
11. How much time will this take to complete?
12. Is the CCNA Still Worth It in 2026?
Short answer: Yes, more than ever.
The tech world is evolving fast, but one thing hasn’t changed: everything still runs on networks.
Cloud, AI, and automation are not replacing networking. They are built on top of it.
- Cloud runs on networking: AWS, Azure, and GCP depend on core networking fundamentals
- AI needs infrastructure: Data has to move, systems have to connect, and networks make that happen
- Automation requires understanding: You cannot automate what you do not understand
-
Demand is growing: CCNA-related job postings have increased by 22% year-over-year
The tools are changing, but the foundation is not.
👉 If you want a career that lasts, not just something trendy, networking is still one of the smartest places to start.
